Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. 1. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No cancellation fee will apply. 2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged. 3. Missed appointments (no-shows): Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice may also be subject to the $50 cancellation fee.
