𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤: 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 To ensure your safety, comfort, and the highest quality diagnostic images, please review the following eligibility requirements and contraindications before scheduling your QT Breast Imaging scan. 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 • Weight Limit: Due to manufacturer specifications for the scanning table, we can accommodate patients up to 400 lbs. • Step Access: Patients must be able to independently walk up two steps to access the elevated scanning table. • Prone Positioning: The exam requires you to lie comfortably flat on your stomach for approximately 11 minutes per side without moving. 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 & 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘆 • Cup Size: Due to the fixed physical dimensions of the imaging water bath, our scanner can accommodate breast sizes up to a DDD cup. We are currently unable to fully image breast sizes beyond DDD. 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 & 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃 • Pacemakers: For electrical safety and device compatibility, patients with cardiac pacemakers or implanted electronic medical devices cannot undergo the scan. • Chlorine Allergy: The water bath is continuously purified using standard sanitation methods. Patients with a known chlorine allergy or severe skin sensitivity to chlorinated water should not be scanned. • Adhesive Allergy: Small positioning markers using medical adhesives may be placed on the skin. Please let us know if you have severe sensitivities or allergies to medical tape or adhesives. Pregnancy • Expecting Mothers: If you are currently pregnant, please call our team before booking so we can discuss your needs and verify scheduling timing. Also, if you are experiencing nipple discharge, sores or any cuts, please call us first before you book. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. 1. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No cancellation fee will apply. 2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged. 3. Missed appointments (no-shows): Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice may also be subject to the $50 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
